The workshop will be conducted in 2 phases: phase 1 is designed for virtual meeting and phase 2 is, tentatively, designed for face-to-face meeting at Riau. The workshop takes the participatory approach where each participant is expected to actively engage in discussions. The methodology will be emphasized on practice-oriented approach and case study analysis.  Sharing experience as leaders in own institutions is encouraged to contribute to the discussions.
